Terms of Service

To qualify for a wholesale account with Mansfab:

• You must operate a valid retail or resale business.
•  A valid resale license or GST number (if applicable) must be provided.
•  Mansfab reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wholesale account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Wholesale customers are required to meet minimum order requirements, which may include:

• Minimum Order Value: ₹[insert amount] per order.
• Minimum Quantity: Certain products may have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) per SKU.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in order cancellation or reclassification as a retail order.

• Wholesale pricing is confidential and subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and others listed at checkout.

Wholesale buyers must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., GST registration) to be exempt from certain taxes. Otherwise, applicable taxes will be charged. Mansfab reserves the right to verify documentation and deny tax exemptions where proper evidence is not provided.

• Shipping fees and transit times will vary based on location and order size.
• You are responsible for all shipping, handling, customs duties, and related charges.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or events outside of our control.

All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• Items are damaged in transit.
• You receive incorrect products.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs and order details. Approved claims may be resolved via replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

As a wholesale customer, you agree:

• Not to resell Mansfab products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay) without written consent.
• Not to misrepresent Mansfab products or pricing.
• To maintain product presentation consistent with brand quality standards.

Mansfab reserves the right to terminate your wholesale account if resale practices violate our policies or damage our brand reputation.

All product designs, trademarks, images, and content provided to you remain the intellectual property of Mansfab. Wholesale customers may not reproduce or distribute any branded materials without written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access at any time for:

• Violation of these terms.
• Non-payment or repeated payment issues.
• Conduct that we deem damaging to our brand or business.

We may revise these Wholesale Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or sent via email. Continued use of your wholesale account after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Wholesale Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert State], India.
